Resources. The portfolio, in your hands.
The buyer enablement library for the NorthStar Holdings portfolio. Per-asset user guides, methodology disclosures, intended-use briefs, and engagement artefacts — published to make the portfolio legible, inspectable, and ready for transfer. Built for the qualified acquirer who needs to understand the work before engaging it.
Seven assets. Three architectural tiers. One portfolio.
The portfolio is organised across three architectural tiers held by the NorthStar Holdings Trust, plus the BPS workflow automation platform held separately by BrightPlan Studio Pty Ltd. Each asset carries its own documentation depth and its own buyer enablement set. Each is independently acquirable. The Director engages on each in writing.
Verimax
The unified intelligence synthesis platform.
TCC · PAIR-X · iLOGIX · Verdact
Four operational point-solution engines.
NorthStar IMS
Three-engine integrated capability architecture (TOWER, M8, Ascension).
BPS Platform
Modular Laravel SaaS — separately registered affiliated entity.
Verimax
Verimax is the Tier 1 flagship of the NorthStar Holdings portfolio. It is positioned above the four Tier 2 commercial engines and the Tier 3 NorthStar IMS, providing the unified commercial proposition that allows the portfolio to be engaged as a single integrated record rather than as a collection of point solutions. The Verimax User Guide is the canonical buyer-facing reference for the platform.
Canonical 10-section buyer reference covering intended use, submission standard, required inputs, output architecture, high-value use cases, important boundaries, portfolio positioning. The benchmark implementation for all NorthStar asset user guides.
In AuthoringDetail for each of the four Verimax engines — TCC, PAIR-X, iLOGIX, Verdact — and the Unified Veracity Score synthesis layer that combines them. NorthStar IMS is the foundational Tier 3 platform, structurally separate and not a Verimax synthesis input. Each engine is documented in detail on the Verimax surface.
Available Read engine detailPublic methodology disclosure for the Unified Veracity Score — the synthesis framework, score interpretation bands, and the structural relationship between the four engine perspectives.
In AuthoringA redacted illustrative example of a complete Verimax composite evidence record, presenting the structure of the deliverable for prospective buyer review.
In AuthoringIntended-use brief: how Verimax supports pre-transaction diligence preparation for boards, M&A teams, and corporate development functions requiring a structured organisational record.
In AuthoringIntended-use brief: how Verimax supports the establishment and maintenance of a defensible board-level standing record across the four evidence dimensions.
In AuthoringThe Four Commercial Engines
The four Tier 2 engines are individually engagement-eligible. Each addresses a distinct, non-overlapping dimension of organisational evidence. Each is operationally deployed within the NorthStar production estate. Each is also a synthesis input to the Verimax Tier 1 flagship.
TCC
TCC grades the trust signal posture of vendors and counterparties. It produces structured trust evidence calibrated to the way procurement decisions get made — including by AI-driven procurement agents that increasingly perform first-pass evaluation before human review. Designed for small Australian vendors, SaaS companies, and professional services firms needing structured procurement credibility.
Canonical 10-section buyer reference covering intended use, submission standard, the ten input fields, output architecture, the four-axis scoring profile, and important boundaries.
In AuthoringPublic methodology disclosure for the Decision Confidence Pack — vendor profile, objection audit, proof compression, fit profile, risk boundaries, and the Trust Score (0–100) with letter grade.
In AuthoringA redacted illustrative TCC output presenting the six-section structure of the Decision Confidence Pack and the accompanying TTS Trust Schema JSON.
In AuthoringIntended-use brief: how TCC supports a vendor's preparation for enterprise procurement evaluation, including the structured trust signals that AI-driven procurement agents weight in first-pass review.
In AuthoringPAIR-X
PAIR-X structures organisational evidence claims into offline-verifiable conformance reports for M&A, PE diligence, corporate development, and enterprise diligence workflows. Designed for buyer-side and seller-side use, with evidence integrity calibrated to the standard transactional decision-makers require. PAIR-X carries the deepest engineering documentation depth of any Tier 2 engine.
Canonical buyer reference covering intended use, evidence claim submission standard, conformance pack architecture, schema specification, and important boundaries.
In AuthoringPublic methodology disclosure for the Evidence Conformance Pack — evidence claim verification posture, supporting context structure, risk register, and the diligence-grade scoring framework.
In AuthoringA redacted illustrative PAIR-X output presenting the structure of an Evidence Conformance Pack across five evidence claims with their machine-readable Evidence Schema.
In AuthoringIntended-use brief: how PAIR-X supports seller-side diligence preparation, the relationship between structured evidence claims and acquirer trust, and the role of offline-verifiable evidence in transaction velocity.
In AuthoringiLOGIX
iLOGIX structures decision records across governance domains — evidence sufficiency, disclosure completeness, process integrity, regulatory alignment. Designed for contexts in which decision provenance must withstand external scrutiny: board review, dispute, regulator examination, audit defence. iLOGIX is built around the strongest evidence discipline of any engine in the portfolio.
Canonical buyer reference covering intended use, the eight-field decision record submission, the eight-section Decision Governance Report architecture, the liability exposure model, and important boundaries.
In AuthoringPublic methodology disclosure for the Decision Governance Report — reasoning quality assessment, evidence base review, alternatives analysis, risk acknowledgement, governance gaps, and ordered remediation priorities.
In AuthoringA redacted illustrative iLOGIX output presenting the eight-section Decision Governance Report structure, including the explicit liability exposure statements that distinguish iLOGIX from generic decision-quality tools.
In AuthoringIntended-use brief: how iLOGIX supports professional advisors (legal, tax, accounting, governance) in documenting decision provenance for liability protection and audit defensibility.
In AuthoringVerdact
Verdact maps compliance evidence against applicable sectoral regulatory standards. The current operational scope is the Australian NDIS Practice Standards — eight standards covering Rights and Responsibilities, Governance and Operational Management, Provision of Supports, Support Provision Environment, Participant Wellbeing, Feedback and Complaints Management, Human Resources, and Incident Management. The sectoral framework is expanding. Verdact is a preparation aid. It does not certify compliance with any law or standard.
Canonical buyer reference covering intended use, the ten-field provider submission, the NDIS Practice Standards assessment structure, the Evidence Pack architecture, and the explicit non-certification boundary.
In AuthoringPublic methodology disclosure for the Evidence Pack — provider profile, standards-by-standards assessment posture, critical gaps identification, remediation prioritisation, and the Compliance Score (0–100) with letter grade.
In AuthoringA redacted illustrative Verdact output presenting the five-section Evidence Pack covering all eight NDIS Practice Standards, with the accompanying Compliance Schema JSON.
In AuthoringIntended-use brief: how Verdact supports a registered NDIS provider's structured preparation for certification audit, verification audit, or NDIS Commission scrutiny — as a preparation aid, not an audit assurance.
In AuthoringNorthStar IMS
The NorthStar IMS is the deepest documented intellectual property held by the NorthStar Holdings Trust. It is a three-engine integrated capability architecture composed of TOWER (Behaviour Engine), M8 (Decision Engine), and Ascension (Evolution Engine), arranged as a closed-loop reinforcement architecture under documented engineering principles. NorthStar IMS carries a complete Engineering Library and a Licensing Prospectus released to qualified enquiries only.
